journey into
sacred expression
women's retreat
guatemala retreat offering
For any woman who wishes to honor her feelings as guides, own her voice, reconnect to her vivid energies, embrace her intuitive heart, and reclaim her role as the storyteller of her life.
In this retreat, we call in the Four Directions (serpent, jaguar, hummingbird, eagle) to guide our journey through different levels of perception, as we gather to raise up our voices together.

We want to show up real, right here, right now, as is.
We want to gather to feel all the feelings and to write all the things.
We want to walk up to shame and fear and look them in the eyes.
We want to look into the eyes of other women, and hear them say words that we too have thought.
We want to reveal the lies we tell ourselves and the ways in which we act like we believe them.
We want to break the habits that we repeat, again and again, that only shrink our spirits.
We want to name the edges and corners that are folded within. We want to unfold them.
We want to dance with our shadows and see what they have to show us. And kiss our contradictions.
We want to throw away our inner apologies and tear up our hidden contracts.
We want to stop trying, so damn hard, to merit our worth.

We want to tell our truths and loosen our constraints and turn up our voices and shed our skins.
We want to call ourselves out and to call ourselves in.
We want to know and feel the holy itch, and wonder why we have it and where it leads.
We want to reclaim our stories. We want to break open the narratives that bend our being.
We want to wrap our fingers around the pen. And feel the courage that rises within.
We want to awaken what lies dormant within us, what is essential and vivid in our nature, what aches to be expressed and animated again.
We want to hear what beats at the seed of our hearts.
We want to know what gets in the way of listening to it, or admitting that we hear it at all.
We want our hearts to lead us back to ourselves.
We want to follow all the crumbs, all the clues. We want to follow our unique thread, no matter how it changes.
We want to find a thousand ways to name our desires and to validate that they are sacred.
We want to know our lives are ours for the taking.
We want to know what sisterhood feels like when it shows up in full power.
We want to play and see beauty in the places we couldn’t see it before and in our connection to all things.
We want to dance the metaphors and honor the sweet, subtle signs.
We want to invite the surrender.
We want to live in whatever way lights us up from within.
We want to choose it, again and again.
We want to feel and hear the wild drum beat that calls us home.
We want to become that beat, to live and breathe the particular sacred expression asking to be lived through us.
We want to allow it to be winding, wandering, wielded and wild.
Like us.
return to your
sacred feminine
women's retreat
with Melanie Champagne
For any woman who wishes to reclaim her wholeness, own her contradictions, renew her self-trust, remember her vastness and re-ignite the intuition of her own being.
In this retreat, we immerse in the magic and inspiration of myths (through the Greek goddess stories) to explore and reclaim the multitudes of our sacred feminine nature.

We want to gather, as natural as the cycle of the seasons, in an ancestral tradition as old as time.
We want to sit around flames by night and share women's stories that transcend all the ages.
The stories that have been passed down- so often distorted and scattered.
We want to take the stories back - as a rite, as an initiation.
We want to hold them in our hands, and then pass to one another the ember of their wisdom.
We want to hear the voices that belong to all women and rise up from our awareness within.
We want to dig out their essences, renew their meaning, integrate the power of their insights.
We want to thread the stories with ours, and hold ourselves and our stories as sacred, again.
We want to glimpse our mystery inside of the myths. We want to revel in our mystery.
We want to write and share the rich reflections that unfold and unfurl us.
We want to explore the themes that encircle our being, the energies and tensions that thread our lives.
We want to recollect the missing parts of us, the scattered selves, the forgotten gifts.
We want to feel a new fire ignited somewhere deep within.
We want to connect to the essence of our sacred feminine, in all of its untamed beauty, and in each rich phase.
We want to honor the raw and real and messy and vulnerable and sexual and sacred and cosmic and powerful and creative and compulsive and mysterious within.
We want to crack open the eternal.
We want to recognize the personal inside the universal, and see each other and ourselves, as though for the first time.
We want to stop pushing parts of ourselves down or away.
We want to hunger for our wholeness and learn to protect it.
We want to say “woman” and know the multitudes held within, the many changing faces and facets of our femininity.
We want to bear witness to our vastness. We want to wield it like the wind. Like the sea.
We want to start heeding the strange and particular sways of our own spirit, and expand into them.
We want to stop trivializing the yearnings of our beings. We want to validate our deepest impulses.
We want to explain far less and experience far more.
We want to talk about the contractions and cycles inherent and blessed in our nature. And the sacredness of guarding our internal holy flame.
We want to reawaken the meaning of Her many names.
We want to feel through our bones and flesh how this experience connects us at our roots. We want to weave our voices into a collective whole.
We want ritual and renewal. We want remembering and regeneration.
We want to heed and honor the whole of our feminine spirit.
