I could write you a million words about the January 3-11, 2020 New Year's Journey Into Sacred Expression Women's retreat offering at Villa Sumaya. None will matter as much as what any woman who has sat in this circle has to say about her experience and what it has meant in that moment (and beyond) in her life. Here's what five of the women who attended the retreat during these past five months have said about what the retreat offers:

1. Direct your energy to what sparks your heart. Would this help me at all? Would they think I’m broken? Would I be terrible at yoga practice? Would I be judged?.... I knew I had to do something for myself, I needed a pause in my life and take a big deep breath before I could continue. The first night, after our first ceremony I felt the sisterhood with five women that I never met in my life. The support, tears, love, smile, hugs, wisdom...that I received from these women was so powerful." (Gemma) 4. Experience a greater universal connection. "I came away with a sense of presence, connectedness, and inner calm and love I've never really felt before. Through the retreat, there was this pervasive sense of one-ness with the other women and to the universe.
