"This was a beautifully powerful experience. Aimee is an incredible facilitator. She fosters sisterhood, creative expression, self-compassion, and fun. The combination of writing, movement, ceremonies, excursions, and rest made for a wonderfully balanced week. I left feeling so full in all the best ways. I cannot recommend this experience enough. The writing circle was my favorite part! I thought the prompts were incredible and I really appreciated the pieces shared for inspiration. I loved hearing everyone sharing their writing. Aimee is a master at this. I honestly don't know how she does it. She has a real gift. She made the retreat interesting, inspiring, challenging, supportive, fun, and truly beautiful. She brings so much magic. Villa Sumaya is such a serene spot. The food was wonderful and loved the constant access to such an awesome tea selection! The relationships I built I truly believe are long lasting. I left the retreat more confidence in my purpose and following what makes my heart sing, rather than what's convenient."
