You know, but will you let yourself know? You are intuitive.

Dear loves,

So many times women intuitively know.

We know. And yet we don’t want to let ourselves realize or admit what we already know.

We disconnect from the knowing.

Because so many things can make it harder to be willing to hear, let alone heed, our intuition.

If you're trapped within an identity or tribal belonging, you may not be as receptive to intuition.

If you've internalized cultural narratives or external authorities, they can inhibit your ability to validate your own knowing.

If you're hellbent on an archetypal desire such as partnership, you'll willingly go deaf to intuition.

If you run away from feeling with any form of addiction, it'll be harder to reach you.

But when you deafen or even talk yourself out of intuition, you dull your most vivid energies. When you don’t heed your intuition, you are saying no thank you to the life force it is offering you. The authenticity it offers to you.

Think of an intuitive thread that is always inviting you to a higher fulfillment authentic experience of self. But the more you say no, the less open you are to the invitations that come along that thread, while you keep swimming up river.

When you feel utterly and inexplicably dispirited, you’ve probably been chronically closing yourself to intuition in some part of your life. You’re not listening to your Self. You’re trying to go it alone. And you’re listening to everything else. Intuition isn’t about outcomes: it’s the engagement itself that enlightens life. When you live intuitively, you're more open to the adventure life is.

Your body and you are inherently intuitive: the question is, are you ready to take the risk of embracing that? Because a more intuitive you awaits.

I'm launching my first dedicated online course & circle on September 9th with INTUITIVE: 30 Days of Reconnecting with Intuition. I am partnering with single momma and force of nature Jessica Basken - somatic coach and embodiment movement facilitator - to offer you this invitation!

  • Daily inspired audio musings and writing prompts (30)

  • Interactive community space for sharing writing

  • Weekly 1.5 hour live writing circles (two chances to catch it

  • Two 1 hour live intuitive embodiment sessions with Jessica Basken

  • Weekly inspired audio embodiment practice

Now is the moment to catalyze your intuition and come into tune with the frequency - and the trajectory - that hails you.

Much love,

Aimee
